Thursday, I was sitting on the couch with Karly and Brinley. Brin and I were having a nice little talk about when she grows up. She looked at me with such a sweet face and said, "When me and Karly grow up and get our big bums, then we will be moms, right?" SO SWEET!!! NOT!!!! My diet and exercise program begins Monday!
I told this to my mom, and she told me about something Sam said. One thing about Sam is he tells you how it is. While camping, my mom was getting ready, her hair was wet and she was just getting ready to put on her makeup. He looked at her and said, "Nana, you look really young in the morning.".....and the rest of the time she looks.....
Oh we love the honesty of children!

How funny!! Sounds like my kids. At least they haven't asked you if you have a baby in your tummy when you DON'T actually have one there. By the way, your bum is NOT big. Tell Sam that Ryan says hi. We miss you guys!
LOL - yeah, gotta love honesty!!
that is hillarious...
Love that boy, even if he tells in a such a sweet way that I look young in the morning, and kind of old at night. (he didn't say that but he let me know that was what he was thinking.)
Hi! That is so cute! Kids don't have a filter between their brain and their mouths do they? I'm glad I found your blog - congrats on your new baby! She is adorable. We miss your family.
